The Board of Directors provides guidance and oversight to keep ILP focused on its mission. An Advisory Council offers ideas, experience, and perspective to help the Board think through challenges and opportunities. ILP’s staff handle the day-to-day work, making sure programs run smoothly and people get the support they need.
