The survey confirms that TRIP plays a critical role in helping vulnerable residents access healthcare, groceries, social activities, and other essential services while maintaining independence and quality of life.
Survey Methodology
The survey was conducted to collect feedback regarding riders’ demographics, transportation needs, program utilization, and overall satisfaction. Responses were collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of demographic questions, transportation usage patterns, accessibility needs, program awareness, satisfaction ratings, and open-ended feedback. Results were analyzed to identify trends and assess how effectively the program meets the needs of riders.

More than 82% of respondents were age 61 or older, indicating that TRIP primarily serves seniors.
The high percentage of riders living alone highlights the importance of transportation services in reducing isolation and supporting independent living.
